Everything seems to work just fine. Factory Warranty can be done at any John Deere Dealer in the USA.  Cosmetic Condition: The only things I noticed on this unit is: There are light scratches on the hood, Front Fork Area, and on the trimming side of the deck.  The seat has 3-5 small scratches in it (not completely thru the fabric).
