This 16' octagon Gazebo features a wood deck, raised & skirted with lattice panels along a double step with handrails. The walls have turned spindle railings, 2x6 handrails, our beautiful sunray header panel and Victorian style gingerbread trim. The roof is our beautiful 2-tier with a cupola and asphalt shingles (customer to choose type & color.) Other features include a very comfortable, high back swing and we will pre-wire the gazebo and supply a 52" Hampton Bay outdoor fan w/ light kit, 4' down rod, gfci receptacle and switch. Our gazebos are constructed with kiln-dried pressure treated lumber, 5/8" B.C. grade plywood on the roof (creating a beautiful ceiling) and ceramic coated screws w/ life-time warranty. The Stain used is a Sherwin-Williams solid color stain (customer to choose color.) We found this product to be the best on the market and insures long lasting beauty. We can also use a semi-transparent cedar or redwood stain if you prefer. ABOUT THE INSTALLATION. The first thing the installation crew does is assemble the deck joist framework and place it in the desired location. The framework is leveled, holes are dug, 4x4 posts are cemented in the holes and attached to the frame creating a solid level base. Your site DOES NOT have to be perfectly level. There is NO need to have an expensive concrete slab or even have a pea gravel pad installed prior to our arrival. Then, in only a few hours, the crew installs the deck surface, gazebo walls and roof. Most Gazebos are finished in one day, some larger Gazebos take two days. ABOUT THE GAZEBO FACTORY.
