This machine has had all updates done to it. To start the axel houseings have been redone with heavier duty design. All new spindle bushings have been redone and 1 new caster arm replaced rear steering has all been rebuilt new king pins tie rods and bushings. Steering cylinder was all rebuilt as well. Brand new axel installed as well. Motor is perfect shape clean and no leaks as well as hydrulic system. Lift cylinders work very well and lift to full potential not like other units on ebay that have winchs to aid in lifting. Left mower deck has had all new hoses installed. All filters have been replaced recently as well as all fluids. Fresh tank of hydrulic oil also 40gallons worth. New traction motor installed 8/15/08. Also just installed a brand new wheel motor due to a little leak out of it.Many new parts machine has been great mower we lost a contract and no longer need machine. Seat is brand new and some paint worn off on floor. The emergency brake works well and holds the machine. All of the throtle linkage has been redone. We have brand new caster wheel for the right deck the one that is missing in pic!! Both wing decks have bangs and dents on the outter edge nothing major nor affecting cutting. Brand new blades have just been put on machine. Fresh set never been cut with. No leaks on deck motors. the decks can be run 1 at a time or 2 down or all 3 down. Machine is very nice rus good and is trouble free. It has serviced by jacobsen mechanic all the time and factory parts put back on. We do not use aftermarket like other units on ebay.
