Log Home Materials Package by Manufacturer New 2050 sq ft Chalet. complete materials for dry in. Includes the following materials: Log, 6 x 8" double tongue and groove, White Pine. All hardware required for assembly Roof system to include, rafters, trusses, collar ties, decking, felt and shingles Window exterior trim Windows, insulted, tilt double hung. Doors and fixed glass as per plans. Door exterior trim Log siding for gable ends, and plate. Three complete sets of plans. All rough framing material. A Log Home construction manual Includes all the above but does not include sub floor. Shipping rate $2.50 per loaded mile from mill. We require a 50% deposit with in 3 days of auction closing, 25% 2 weeks befor we delivery date and the remaining 25% upon delivery to the job site. We can ship World Wide using a container. We can hold the order for shipment up to one year with no aditional costs.
