The buyer is responsible for safe and proper use of the hot tub spa. Hot tub spas are shipped shrink wrapped in plastic on a pallet. The plastic should be in tact upon delivery. The purchaser must remove the plastic wrap to check your order with the delivery ticket for number of pieces and note any damaged or missing items before signing the delivery ticket. Unusable or non-repairable damaged items MUST be refused and returned to the delivery truck for replacement. Items refused because of damage will be reshipped from the warehouse to the homeowner upon notification by the homeowner to Royal Swimming Pools. Damage claim CAN NOT be filed after the delivery ticket is signed unless the damaged items are written on the delivery ticket. Missing items must be reported to Royal Swimming Pools within 1 week of delivery and will be sent to you via normal ground shipment.
