Natural Cedar Handmade Bat House, 2 chambers, landing Start Price USD 24.95 Current Price USD 24.95 Time Left - Bid Count 0 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Friday, November 14, 2008 End Time Friday, November 21, 2008 Location Charlotte, NC See more about 'Natural Cedar Handmade Bat House, 2 chambers, landing' Description Here is an all natural handmade bat house made out of all cedar.  The interior and landing pad are rough surfaced for the bats ability to move around in the house.  This house has a nice sized landing pad.  The house can be hung up with the two screw holes provided along with two screws.  The house is secured with screws that are countersunk and all joints are caulked with outdoor sealing caulk to maintain maximum inside temperature for the bats.  There are two vent holes toward the bottom of the house.  They are unfinished so that the natural beauty of the cedar will weather nicely.  They may be finished if one desires, I don't use finishes due to possible environmental problems.  The back is approximately 18 inches high, the width is around 3 inches and the front is around 8 inches wide.  The chambers are approximately 10-12 inches high and 3/4 inches wide as recommended for most species of bats.  The box weighs anywhere from 3 to 3 and 1/2 pounds.  I will be building these with one chamber and 3 chambers check my listings.  Payment options available are Paypal.  I will ship product within 2-4 days after payment has cleared.  I often build these as they are ordered to maintain freshness of the product.Note: The item pictured is representative of the product you will receive and not the actual product.  All products are built to order and plans as specified and will be similar.
