That is just a cosmetic thing.   We used to be a dealer for Dixie Chopper Lawn Mowers.  When we decided to cancel our contract with them, they wouldn't take any mowers back that had hours on them, so we ended up with a few units that we had demonstrated to customers. These units (including this one) have never been sold but there are hours on them, they are considered new. Dixie Chopper is known in the industry for being the worlds fastest lawn mower. (The jet powered lawn mower that Tim the Toolman Taylor drove on the TV show was a Dixie Chopper.) These mowers are incredible.
